According to the datas collected in the recent years it is clear that the prices of house rent in İstanbul had dicrease rather than increase.
It is shown that the prices in 4 precious district of İstanbul had göne down. According to the datas collected by REIDEN and Zingat during this year we can say that the prices of house rent had fall down.
While the prices of house rent have fall down the prices of house selling had increased, butwe can say that in 4 district of İstanbul the prices of sales also get more stabilized.
The Largest Decline Had Happened in Beyoğlu
According to the datas of Zingat and REIDIN at the last 1 year the prices of house rent in Kadıköy, Beşiktaş and Beyoğlu had fall down. In all İstanbul in the last 1 year the prices of house rent had increased just 1%. The prices of house rent had falled 4% in Kadıköy, 11% in Beşiktaş and 12% in Beyoğlu.
The Prices of House Sell in İstanbul Had İncreased 8% in 1 Year
While the prices of house rent had fall down the prices of house sell had also slow down.
