Turkey's 5 biggest cities Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Antalya’s real estate investments in the following way:

1. Istanbul

In October of the year 2017 in Istanbul, the square meter sales of houses fell from 4.778 TL to 4.690 TL. However, after a month, the price went up again to 4.755 TL. House prices have risen by 7% in a year, but couldn’t pass the inflation. The highest increases in towns of İstanbul in November are as follows; Çatalca (with a rate of 7,4 percent), Şile (with a rate of 5,3 percent), Sancaktepe (with a rate of 4,7 percent). The highest decreases in towns of Istanbul in November are as follows: Sultanbeyli (with a rate of 3,7 percent), Zeytinburnu (with a rate of 3,5 percent), Başakşehir (with a rate of 2,5 percent).

2. Ankara

Ankra ,the capital city of Turkey, square meters of housing sales rose from 1.750 TL to 1.830 TL in one year. Although housing prices have increased by 5% in 1 year, couldn’t pass the inflation. The highest increases in towns of Ankara in November are as follows; Gölbaşı (with a rate of 4,4 percent), Etimesgut (with a rate of 2 percent), Keçiören (with a rate of 1,5 percent). The highest decreases in towns of Ankara in November are as follows: Çubuk (with a rate of 2,8 percent), Çankaya (with a rate of 0,1 percent).

3. Izmir

In the last 1 year in Izmir, the sales of square meters of houses have increased to 2,789 TL. House prices increased by 16% in 1 year.

4. Bursa

In the last 1 year, the sales of per square meter of houses in Bursa increased to 1,981 TL. House prices increased by 18% in 1 year.

5. Antalya

In Antalya, the sales of square meters of houses in the last 1 year has decreased to 1,941 TL.
