Ismail Gulle, president of the Istanbul Association of Textile and Raw Materials Exporters (ITHIB), said that the employment of the population is one of the most important problems of Turkey, and said: "It is difficult for us to find people who work in the manufacturing sector."
Gulle made a speech about the problems of the sector at the summit of the Club for Growth and Employment, organized by Vodafone Turkey.
Recalling that the employment of the population is one of the most important problems of Turkey, he said: "In the manufacturing sector, it is difficult for us to find people who will agree to work here, and most of the population is engaged in the spheres of private business or services. Unfortunately, we cannot very encourage employees in terms of employment conditions. "
Gul, criticizing 99 percent of the applications submitted to the court on employment issues, said that the employer looks unfair in the eyes of the courts and this also affects the coefficient of employment.
Aziz Torun, chairman of the Association of Real Estate Investment Funds (GYODER), said that the real estate sector has raised the growth of the Turkish economy in recent years. Torun said that there are significant financial difficulties in the real estate sector, and believes that in the future this can cause serious problems.
Torun said that the sale of real estate to foreign buyers is one of the most important factors affecting the movement of currency in Turkey. In his opinion, the rules adopted as incentives are good, but there are complex and numerous bureaucratic procedures for selling, which slows down the growth rate.
