Increase in Value

The tenant will also be able to innovate and make changes in the residence or the workplace with the written consent of the landlord. If the tenant does not have a written agreement, the tenant will not be able to ask for the increase in the value of the lease due to the innovations and changes he has made to the tenant. The tenant will not be able to transfer his rent relationship to someone else unless he receives his landlord's written consent. However, the person who gives the rent will not be able to avoid giving this order unless he / she "has a justifiable reason" for renting the premises.

Electricity and Water Debt

Unless, contrary to the contract and local customs, the tenant will pay the rent and, if necessary, additional costs such as heating, lighting and water at the end of each month and at the end of the lease at the latest. Renters may open eviction cases against tenants who are unable to pay for rent and not only for rent, but also for electricity and water, in residential and roofed work places.

Rental prices may be increased provided that the increase in the producer price index (PPI) in the previous year is not exceeded. This rule will also apply to lease contracts longer than one year.

Unless an agreement has been concluded by the parties, the lease fee shall be determined by the judge on the basis of equity by taking into consideration the situation of the leased person, provided that the rate of increase in the producer price index of the previous year is not exceeded.
