Housıng Prıces Contınue To Increase Outsıde Of Istanbul!

Housing prices are increasing for sale in every part of Turkey. Prices of a house sale in Turkey showed a 15 percent increase over last year. The average price per square meter was calculated as 2 thousand 83 TL. The depreciation time was 21 years. Prices of a house in Turkey was the highest increase of 43 percent in Elazığ province. Elazığ was followed by Çorum, Zonguldak, Edirne, and Sakarya.

Rental housing prices increased by 8 percent in one year. The depreciation period in Ankara was 20 years as in Istanbul. Gölbaşı took place with 19 years as the first among the cities with the shortest depreciation period.

Prıces In Bursa Increased By 24 Percent

House prices for sale in Bursa increased by 24 percent in the last year. The depreciation period in Bursa was 18 years. Nilüfer took the first place among the cities with the shortest depreciation period for 20 years.
