Housing Prices Increased By 9 Percent In One Year

Istanbul, 15 March (DHA) – According to the February report of the REIDIN Real Estate Index, which was prepared with the support of İşbank, house prices in Turkey have increased by 8.97 percent since the same month last year.

Monthly results of REIDIN Real Estate Index, which measured the pulse of the real estate sector and prepared with the support of Türkiye İş Bankası, Within 68 cities, 242 districts and 1202 neighborhoods, were announced.

According to the February report of REIDIN Real Estate Indices, Turkey's Housing Price Index for Turkey (TR-68), which will cover the entirety of 68 cities in Turkey, was 1.10 percent in February compared to the previous month; An 8.97 percent increase compared to the same period last year.In February, while housing sales prices per square meter in Denizli increased by 2.09 percent, Denizli was the city with the highest prices. During the same period, Yalova was the city with the lowest housing sales prices with 0.73 percent.

Turkey's Rented Housing Price Index (TR-68), which will cover the entirety of 68 cities in Turkey, increased by 0.10% in February compared to the previous month; An increase of 5 percent compared to the same period last year.

In February,while housing rents prices per square meter in Aydin increased by 2.01 percent, Aydin was the city with the highest prices. In the same period Afyonkarahisar with 2 percent was determined the city where the rent value of housing decreased the most.
