How Much Home Prices Are In Muğla’s Holiday Regions

With the arrival of summer, the eyes were turned into houses in the summer regions. Summerhouses are a different option especially for those who do not want to spend holidays in crowded places like holidays or holidays and want to spread the holiday all season. Since last year, the price increase in summer regions has become even more remarkable. While the highest increase is experienced in Antalya and Muğla, prices in Cesme and Didim regions also increase.

According to the districts, the average price in Antalya, which takes the first place in terms of square meter prices, increased by 22 percent in a year and increased to 1,611 TL.

The prices in square meters in Bodrum increased by 20 percent to 4.000 TL, Fethiye increased by 12 percent to 1.800 TL, Marmaris increased by 13 percent to 2.200 TL. Çeşme, one of the most popular regions among the summer resort options, has an increase of 17 percent and the square meter price is 4.612. Housing prices for sale in Didim, Aydin province increased by 13 percent since the last year and the average square meter has risen to 1,300 TL. The increase in Kuşadası is 13 percent and the average price is 1.567 TL. As for Marmara, Balikesir has reached 1,625TL in Ayvalık and 1,000 TL in Bandırma.
