Increase In Housing Prices, Istanbul’s Top County

According to 2016 Property Index, house prices for sale in Turkey increased by 14 percent in 2016 and reached 2 thousand 737 liras. The average price of rented houses increased by 4 percent and was 17 pounds on a square meter basis. İZMİR Research is based on average real estate indices of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Antalya. According to Istanbul real estate prices, house prices for sale increased by 22 percent in the past year and amounted to TL 4,400, while the annual price increase in rented houses remained at 1 percent. The average rent is calculated according to the square meter of rent for 21 TL. It was reported that the average depreciation time was 17 years.

The Most Expensıve Houses Besiktas And Cankaya

Besiktas Istanbul, the most expensive city of the square meter price was selected as an average of 15 thousand 10 TL. House prices for housing increased by 6 percent while prices for rental housing decreased by 6 percent. Esenyurt is the cheapest district with an average price of 850 TL. In the last year, the average price of the houses for sale in the Capital increased by 9 percent and the square meter was TL 752. According to Real Estate data for the year 2016, Yozgat, which could not enter the list in the previous year, was the city with the highest increase in sales prices in Turkey with an increase of 35 percent.
