From the beginning of 2018, there were only branded housing producers such as AND Construction, Sur Construction, Technical Construction, Nef, Mesa, İnvest, Akkuş Group, Imga Group, Gul Construction, Sinpaş, Tekfen, DAP Building, Agaoglu, Cathay, Bekart Construction, Metal Building, Kiptaş, Kar Grup, Demir Construction many branded companies have shown 32 projects in only 3.5 month period in Istanbul.
First, the Anatolian Side
Through the rest of the year, it is mostly seen that new buildings were done in the Anatolian side of Istanbul and generally, these places were Maltepe, Pendik, and Kartal. In Pendik the Edonia Garden and the Holl, in Çekmeköy the Be Life Houses, in Maltepe the Mesa Gökada Buildings have been rising. Projects complete in 2020
