According to the REIDIN Office Leasing Index, in the Istanbul office rent values, the upper price segment increased by 0.30 percent and the lower price segment by 0.67 percent compared to the previous quarter data. Upper segment office rents in central business areas of Ankara increased by 0.53 percent, while an increase of 0.16 percent was seen in the lower segment. In İzmir, the rent of the upper-segment office increased by 0.69 percent and the lower segment increased by 1.78 percent.
Office rentals in European Central Business Areas are in the range of 19.03 to 34.63 dollars
The upper price segment of the Istanbul Central Business Area (MIA), which includes office buildings containing the majority of Besiktas, Kagithane and Şişli areas, was measured at 34.63 square meters and the lower price segment at 19.03 dollars. When we look at office areas outside the CBD on the European side, Maslak Office District has the highest rent value with 30.01 dollars in the upper price segment and 20.55 dollars in the lower price segment.
The lowest office rentals on the European side are in Beylikdüzü – Esenyurt line
The region with the lowest rental income was the Beylikdüzü-Esenyurt office district with 7.04 dollars in the upper price segment and 5.86 dollars in the lower price segment.
Besiktas, Kagithane and Şişli'de occupancy rate in offices 91.49 percent
The Istanbul Central Business District, where offices are concentrated in the European Side, was the region with the highest leasable area. In this region, 91.49 percent of the leasable area was measured to be full.
The highest office rents on the Anatolian side are in Ataşehir, the lowest rents are in Kurtköy
Based on the square meter rent values calculated for the 14 districts where the office buildings are concentrated, the district with the highest rent value was the Ataşehir Office District with the highest price segment of 28.31 dollars in the upper price segment and 18.95 dollars in the lower price segment. In the regions with the lowest rental income, Kurtköy Office District came to the fore with 11.96 dollars in the upper price segment and 4.27 dollars in the lower price segment.
The highest occupancy rate in the Anatolian side offices is 97.16 percent in Ümraniye
