MIPIM 2017, which brings together the most influential investors of the real estate sector in Cannes, France, has opened its doors yesterday. 23 thousand visitors participating in the fuara that will run until March 17 will go to the table with more than 800 professionals to visit the fair from Istanbul.
Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) giant Istanbul tent of 685 square meters, this year also stamped the fuara mark. In the tent, the mega-projects of Istanbul will be introduced along with the ‘living Istanbul model‘. Real Estate Housing General Manager Murat Kurum said that they are talking about growing in the real estate sector in Turkey. Reminding that the government has made a number of regulations since the beginning of the year, the industry has thus gained momentum. Noting that Housing Estate will open offices in some countries and in the Middle East, the Authority noted that they will try to reach the people who will take the first dwelling and that they will talk about the possibilities offered abroad.
