EUROPA CITY – PARIS (FRANCE)

Bjorke Ingels, a Danish company that also runs Google's campus, will design a project for residential, business, shopping, as well as an artificial ski area, golf course and public transportation system.
The project, which started the construction of a rural area named Triangle de Gonesse, is planned to be distributed with rural and rural population density.

The goal of the project is to avoid ghettoization due to rising property prices and to make Los Angeles residents affordable housing. There are 500 thousand housing openings in the city.
The project, which will lead to the formation of 21,500 new houses in Santa Clarita Valley, will be made up of two villages in the first stage. There will be 5 thousand 500 houses in each village and a huge trade area of ​​230 thousand square meters will be established between them.
