Turkey Statıstıcal Instıtute Has Announced The Housıng Sales For Thıs Month!

Turkey Statistical Institute (TUIK) has announced the housing sales statistics for the month of July.

Accordingly, the number of residential properties sold nationwide in July increased by 18.7 percent compared to the previous month. Housing number was 115 thousand 869 with an increase of 42.4 percent compared to the same month last year.

The highest share in the sale of housing was obtained from 18 thousand 83 residences (15.6 percent) in Istanbul. According to the sales figures, Istanbul was followed by 11,669 houses sold (10,1 percent) and 6,250 houses sold (5,6 percent).

In the cases where the number of residential sales is low, Ardahan with 8 houses, Hakkari with 17 houses and Şırnak with 41 houses were recorded.

INCREASE IN MORTGAGE RESIDENTAL SALES

In Turkey, mortgaged residential sales increased by 62.4 percent in July compared to the same month last year, rising to 38,555.

The share of mortgage sales in total housing sales was 33.3 percent. During the mortgage sales, Istanbul received 6,555 houses and the first order with 17 percent share. It was seen that Artvin had the highest share of mortgage sales in total housing sales with 49.3 percent.

In Turkey, the number of houses that changed hands in July as a result of other types of sales increased by 34.2 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and was 77 thousand 294.

Other residential sales in Istanbul 11 ​​thousand 527 housing sales and 14.9 percent share in the first place. The share of other sales in total housing sales in Istanbul was 63.7 percent. While Ankara was in second place with 7,85 other housing sales, İzmir followed this 4,98 housing sale. The province with the least number of sales of other houses was determined as Ardahan with 6 houses.
