Wealthy Retired Chinese People are looking for a second homeland

The wealthy retired Chinese people are looking for a second homeland to live in a warm places during their retirements.  It is expected that the number of people who are bigger than 60 years old will reach 360 million in 2030. While this number is one quarter of the China’s population, it is more than United State’s total population.

The neighboring countries of China have been building new projects t oto supply this demand. Turkey, where is visited by more and more Chinese people day by day, has become more popular as an important alternative option in this case. The United Nations have revealed this number that the Chinese people who are older than 60 years old will be 360 million in 2030. According to the obtained datas, the number of people who are bigger than 60 years old will reach 360 million in 2030. While this number is one quarter of the China’s population, it is more than United State’s total population. Moreover, the economical datas reveals that the Chinese people fearing for economic recession of China, to live in better conditions during their old years by securing their retirements and to livea warm place.

Housıng Demands Of Chınese People

Charles Pittar, who is the CEO of the company providing housing internationally for Chinese, told that they have taken action as result of the question asked by retired people and their children demanding a new places to live during their retirements in the near neighborhood. He continued to explain that there is a significant increasing in the real estate market in China. The Chinese became wealthy by making savings. Now, they are looking for a comfortable and safe places tol ive better in their retirements. Pittar says that the Chinese people will utilze their savings by having housing internationally and this demand will increase in the future.
