The second session of the tender held by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) for the area of 20 thousand 776 square meters in Küçükçekmece was completed. Five companies participated in the second session of the tender held for TOKI’s 20 thousand 776 square meters in Kartaltepe District of Kucukcekmece District, Torkam İnş. In the & Nar Urban Transformation Partnership, a total of TL 900 million was paid for the sale of land, and 324 million Turkish Liras for administrative share.
“The Land Offers New Opportunities For Investors”
Torkam Construction & Nar Urban Transformation Partnership offered the highest bid of 900 million liras for the total sale revenue of the plot sale and 324 million liras for the management share revenue from the five companies participating in the second session of the tender made with the income sharing model.
TOKI President Ergun Turan stated that the land near the D100 Highway is very close to the station of Sefaköy metrobus and it is at the intersection of the transportation line. “The proximity of our transportation routes, the diversity of the region, the infrastructure offers a new opportunity for our investors to be in the region.” Turan said that the tender was high because of the central location of the harbor.
Noting that TOKI has formed its own financial resources, Turan added that they provided financial resources to generate housing with the Land Sales Compensation Revenue Sharing model, thus making it possible for citizens who have difficulties in accessing to the housing and who have difficulties in accessing housing to meet their housing needs.
