BODRUM Walnut is the Thailand-based Six Senses, a hotel management company opened in the back area with $ 250 million investment in 2016.

Canyon Ranch in the US was the first operator of the hotel in the region invested by Capital Partners, a real estate development company founded in Kazakhstan in 2001 with a Turkish and a Kazakh partner. In a short span of two years, we asked why the US company left the roads. Burak Öymen, founding partner of Capital Partners, said: "The year we were inaugurated in 2016, there was a difficult process in tourism. Since the US company is also small, it is difficult to manage too many hotels remotely. By mutual agreement, we ended our relationship. We have been working for 12 years to make this investment. We already made a preliminary deal with Six Senses for the hotel which will take place in 2006 as well. However, at that time, Six Senses' owners changed and there was no agreement. However, after about 11 years, I have been reassigned to Six Senses for 40 years. "

Six Senses brand's biggest hotel opened in Kaplankaya, Burak Öymen said, "The hotel has 141 rooms. At the same time, Six Senses offers one of the largest indoor sports, spa and wellness areas in Europe in Kaplankaya. The Six Senses brand is a very strong brand in the spa. So much so that some other hotels are taking spa services from Six Senses. " Öymen informed the hotel about the residential project Six Senses Residences, as well as the hotel in the Kaplankaya project. "85 percent of the houses in the first phase of Six Senses Residences, the residence of the project, were sold. We are pleased to deliver 78 villas built in the second stage with 11 different architectural plans ranging from 175-600 m2 to the owners in the second quarter of 2019.
